• Resident Support Service — ongoing practical assistance for expats and long-stay residents.

Service availability is subject to current inventory and our operational capacity. Windporch reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all enquiry submissions.
• Use our services for lawful personal or residential purposes only.
• Respect the properties and neighbourhoods shown or facilitated by Windporch.
• Not misrepresent your identity, financial standing, or rental intentions.

Prohibited activities include using the website to scrape listings, submitting false enquiries, or any activity that disrupts the site's normal operation.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Fees and Payment

Pricing is displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and subject to change. Specific payment terms will be confirmed in writing before any service proceeds. Generally:

• Resident Support packages are billed monthly or as agreed at the time of engagement.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with any service-specific documents, constitute the complete agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms stays in full force.
